In Short

• Develop and own the full product planning process and roadmap for the platform.
• Manage and develop teams of product managers.
• Work with cross-functional and executive leadership teams to define business needs.
• Partner with engineering leaders to ensure product features meet user needs.

• Track team and product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s or advanced degree a plus.
• 10-15+ years of experience in product management and leadership roles.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management tools.
• Experience in B2B platform, marketplace, or managed services industries.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into product strategy.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recruit and retain teams and leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
