The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of healthcare, technology, and product strategy to optimize and innovate across our existing verticals—spanning PBM and Navigation internal tools and external facing apps. You will lead a cohesive vision for our next big leap in health tech. Rightway is at the forefront of the seismic changes taking place in the American healthcare landscape. AI could play a transformative role in shaping the future of our products, and we are looking for someone to spearhead that evolution.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience building consumer or user-focused technology products.
• Significant exposure to a business or product undergoing hyper-growth.
• Experience managing a world-class product and design team.
• Ability to balance company strategy and market needs.
• Experience developing and managing a full product development lifecycle.
• Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and manage conflict.
• Track record of working closely with cross-functional teams.
