People Programs Lead - Remote

Overview

The People Programs Lead will play a critical role in supporting the success of the People Team by leveraging superior organizational and communication skills to manage People Team projects, develop project plans, manage stakeholders, and facilitate effective collaboration across teams and regions.

• Serve as Project Manager on People Team and Braze initiatives.
• Coordinate and collaborate with People team members across all Braze global locations.
• Define and implement standardized project management methodologies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Regularly review department processes for continuous improvement.
• Communicate openly with members of the People Team and cross-functional teams.
• Build strong partnerships within the People Team and cross-functional teams.
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Use project management tools, including Jira and Asana.
• Serve as a core member of a collaborative PMO team.

• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Jira experience strongly preferred.
