  • Champions automation and technology improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Certifications in Change Management or Talent Management are a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong experience in partnering with PBPs and business leaders.
  • Experience in curriculum design for change management.
  • Exceptional Program Management skills.
  • Proficiency with modern HR tech stacks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates self-awareness.
