Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive will play a key role in driving Confluent’s sales activities to grow our customer acquisitions in Malaysia. This role includes developing and executing on the go-to-market strategy for Malaysia.

In Short

  • Build awareness for Kafka and Confluent
  • Actively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline in Malaysia
  • Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
  • Build strong and effective relationships within the Enterprise space
  • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing Confluent Partners
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans based on viral methods and organic growth

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Enterprise sales experience in the Technology space
  • Deep experience selling within the Database, Open Source, Messaging or Big Data space
  • An ability to articulate and sell the business value of big data
  • Experience selling to Software Developers or Technology leaders including C-Suite Executives
  • Experience of working in a sales role in a high growth organization
