This is a remote, full-time role designed for someone who understands the real estate landscape and knows how to monetize trust and relationships.

In Short

  • Sales Development & Revenue Generation
  • Identify, approach, and engage General Partners (GPs) managing real estate funds.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities and move prospects through early sales stages.
  • Schedule and support sales calls, demos, and deal progression.
  • Own lead generation from outreach to handoff.
  • Develop relationships with real estate ecosystem players.
  • Create referral and partnership pipelines.
  • Provide continuous market feedback.
  • Help shape go-to-market strategy based on conversations.

Requirements

  • Proven connections within the real estate industry.
  • Experience working with or selling to GPs.
  • Strong understanding of GP communication with LPs and investors.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.
  • Highly motivated by commission and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or financial services is an advantage.
