Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification, focusing on engaging prospective customers and booking high-quality discovery meetings for Sales Consultants.

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Identify prospect pain points and assess fit for the product/service.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Sales Consultants.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified pipeline.
  • Log activities and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with marketing and Sales Consultants.
  • Support working families by expanding access to paid parental leave.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and market needs.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proven ability to hit targets and exceed goals.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred but not required.
