In Short

  • Develop and grow business relationships with prospective employer clients with 5k+ employees
  • Continually assess revenue potential of territory through analysis of the overall market
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sale goals/quota
  • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective proposals
  • Provide leadership with regular updates on sales-focused activities
  • Keep abreast of market conditions and competitive activities
  • Find, develop, and close opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Help manage and maintain accounts post-sale

Requirements

  • 10+ years of highly verticalized B2B sales experience
  • College degree, advanced degree a plus
  • Deep understanding of sales process and how to close complex deals
  • Successful sales history with consistent quota attainment
  • Knowledge of customer and reporting requirements
  • Excellent cross-functional working skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently
