Overview

Experian is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Director for their Employee Benefits Vertical to drive sales and foster professional growth in the Pacific Northwest region.

In Short

  • Lead sales for Employee Benefits in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Build and maintain strong producer relationships.
  • Achieve personal and office sales goals.
  • Identify new customer sales opportunities.
  • Manage inforce business for integrated sales opportunities.
  • Handle high-volume sales activities.
  • Lead RFP efforts.
  • Provide updates on sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Work remotely while residing in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Report to Sales Leadership VP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience through broker distribution.
  • Experience in prospecting new accounts.
  • History of managing large accounts and technical sales projects.
  • Ability to manage a large pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Strong executive presence and technical aptitude.
