Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English, with other Nordic languages a plus.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
• 5+ years in successful quota-carrying sales in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume sales pipelines.
• Experience leading teams through growth and change.
• Passion for building and coaching teams.
• Data-driven with experience using Salesforce and similar tools.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
