Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will build trust, understand client needs, and drive lasting relationships leading to increased adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
  • Ability to analyze data for insights.
  • Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies.
  • Post-Graduation qualifications in Marketing or Digital Marketing are advantageous.
