Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing the business’ clientele in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, South Korea, and Hong Kong regions by leveraging professional connections and relationships.

In Short

  • Own business targets for the respective account patch.
  • Establish and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Interact with customers and manage presentations.
  • Build key account management plans.
  • Negotiate agreements with customers.
  • Manage Salesforce data daily.
  • Maintain post-sales interface with customers.
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS selling.
  • Excellent communication skills in a B2B2C setup.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa and/or Mandarin.

Requirements

  • Experience in working in a startup environment.
  • Conceptual understanding of APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good understanding of the MarTech domain is preferred.
  • Number driven approach towards accounts and targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
