Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our growing LATAM team, focusing on executing our events strategy for the Hispanic market.

In Short

  • Plan, execute, and coordinate events in Mexico City and across the Hispanic market.
  • Build and manage relationships with local vendors and event service providers.
  • Contribute to the development of the event strategy for the Hispanic market.
  • Work closely with the Channels team for co-branded events.
  • Assist in budget planning and tracking for marketing events.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue selection and contracts.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and global marketing teams.
  • Willingness to travel across LATAM for event execution.

Requirements

  • Based in Mexico City (mandatory).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing event coordination.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with event vendors and logistics management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and CRM tools is a plus.
