Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding the clientele in the region by leveraging professional connections and demonstrating the value of CleverTap products.

In Short

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Establish and build relationships with key customers.
  • Target and secure new enterprise logos.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for existing and new business.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Provide updates on market trends and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS selling.
  • Proven success in managing high-value accounts.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, Martech, or tech-enabled solutions.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in a B2B2C setup.
  • Proven experience in account management in Vietnam.
  • Knowledge of market research and sales principles.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
