Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, particularly within the Hispanic Latin American market.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Document new accounts in the CRM system.
  • Attend events and industry conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on prospecting strategies.
  • Articulate the value proposition of CleverTap's platform.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce.com and Sales Navigator.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct research on target accounts and industries.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 6 months of experience in outbound sales as a BDR.
  • 12 months of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and similar tools.
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
  • Understanding of BANT qualification methodology.
  • Experience in the Mexican and Colombian markets preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
