Overview

As a Customer Support Engineer at Chronosphere, you will be a key contributor to our Customer Success team, addressing technical issues encountered by our customers and building relationships with their teams.

In Short

  • Work independently and collaboratively in an interrupt-driven environment.
  • Resolve difficult technical problems while working closely with customers.
  • Document and present creative solutions to customers and internal teams.
  • Own issues and ensure they get resolved, organizing necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to isolate and fix problems.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering or support-related role.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and coding/SDLC.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire and ability to learn on your feet.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a technical setting.
  • Customer support experience in monitoring or observability.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Prometheus.
  • Technical understanding of Linux and Cloud providers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
