Overview

The Partner Alliances Manager will be responsible for driving growth and execution of Certinia’s strategic alliance with Salesforce and key Services Partners across EMEA, focusing on technology innovation, customer-focused thought leadership, and relationship alignment.

In Short

  • Build and execute go-to-market plans between Certinia and Salesforce.
  • Lead and mentor partners in developing joint initiatives.
  • Develop pipeline generation plans with Salesforce and Services Partners.
  • Drive incremental growth from alliance partnerships.
  • Establish relationships between Certinia leadership and partners.
  • Collaborate with partner teams in North America and APAC.
  • Identify opportunities to scale efficiencies across projects.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Services Partner ecosystem.
  • Experience in building GTM plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • 10-12 years of industry experience in professional services or SaaS.
  • Direct sales/business development experience.
  • Proven ability to identify new initiatives with Salesforce.
  • Strong foundation of enablement/training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar field.
