Overview

Carrot is seeking a VP of Health Plan Partnerships who will be responsible for our expanding payer business's overall growth and management. You will leverage your comprehensive understanding of the healthcare benefits solutions space to build and lead a vertical that is a critical growth driver for the company.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Product teams.
  • Define and own the health plan partnership and sales roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of health plan partnership experience.
  • Success in meeting/exceeding partnership targets.
  • Proven ability to build a robust pipeline and close deals.
  • Strategic thinker with effective execution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of benefit solutions and industry developments.
  • Relentless tenacity to succeed with patience and flexibility.
