Overview

As an Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Engineering to play a people manager role, coordinate with teams, and ensure the successful delivery of company initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 1 year in management.

• Experience collaborating with Product teams on UX and design.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and active listening skills.
• Experience in Fintech and familiarity with React, PHP, and Python.
• Ability to align individual ambitions with team objectives.
• Flexibility for different time zones.
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and SOC compliance.
