Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of closing experience in SaaS.
  • Direct experience selling through benefits brokers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong understanding of employer benefits.
  • Experience running full sales cycles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • High accountability and resilience.
  • Willingness to travel (50%+).
  • Experience with Salesforce and GTM tooling.
