Remote Account Manager

Overview

The Remote Account Manager plays a critical role in growing CandidPro clear aligner case volume by cultivating long-term, productive relationships with dental practices. In this fully remote role, you’ll be responsible for increasing case submissions and supporting providers through onboarding, training, and ongoing strategic guidance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident presenter and educator.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships.
• Strong customer-first mindset.
