Overview

We are hiring at InnQuest Software, a global leader in hospitality property management solutions, for a highly driven and organized Account Manager to join our growing team in North America!

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hotel and lodging accounts.
  • Build long-term, trusted advisor relationships with hotel owners and executives.
  • Meet or exceed account growth targets and renewal quotas.
  • Conduct strategic account reviews to drive product adoption.
  • Promote adoption of additional InnQuest products and services.
  • Act as the customer’s internal advocate to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate client progress and expansion opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Own forecasting and account health monitoring through Salesforce.
  • Track and report on key account-level KPIs.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to client needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fast and effective communicator.
  • Comfortable navigating complex client environments.
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Collaborative teammate with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Experience with hotel operations or PMS software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
