Overview

The Account Manager role is an integral part of the Customer Success Team and will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of high net worth customer accounts at Xapo Bank. Account Managers are responsible for identifying leads, building relationships with their customers and assisting them when the need arises on all Xapo Banks products.

In Short

  • Achieve defined revenue targets through retention and acquisition.
  • Participate in regional events to promote the Xapo brand.
  • Perform regular reviews of customer portfolios.
  • Provide product demonstrations to prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with teams to increase customer base and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on advancements in crypto and traditional finance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing banking experience.
  • Exposure to crypto markets.
  • Track record in managing customer relationships in financial services.
  • Confidence in conducting meetings with customers.
  • Proven achievement of KPIs related to conversion and AUM growth.
  • Strong regional network in the financial services sector.
  • Understanding of fiat payment rails and stablecoins.
