Overview

As an Account Manager at Wrike, you will be responsible for driving business on a defined set of larger accounts that have a current Wrike subscription, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the full sales cycle.

In Short

  • Manage new business within assigned accounts.
  • Handle the full sales cycle from contract generation to closing.
  • Engage with inbound requests and conduct outreach activities.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Utilize a solution approach to selling.
  • Use SalesForce.com and other tools for lead management.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Minimal to no travel expectations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with full sales cycle management.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Experience in solution selling.
  • Outbound sales calling experience.
  • Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing.
