Overview

Candid Health is in a critical phase of growth. We were in the 95% percentile of growth for startups at our stage in 2024, and are building out a revenue operations function to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Revenue Operations to establish and lead our RevOps function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this critical role will be instrumental in understanding and optimizing our go-to-market engine, improving sales and marketing efficiency, and driving predictable revenue growth.

In Short

  • Build out and manage Candid’s Sales, Marketing & Partner Operations teams.
  • Translate go-to-market strategy into action with GTM Leaders.
  • Lead all aspects of strategic sales and partner operations.
  • Drive change management and establish new GTM motions.
  • Oversee reporting and forecasting, providing insights to GTM teams.
  • Partner with systems engineering teams to build the GTM tech stack.
  • Hire, coach, and develop Revenue Operations team members.
  • Serve as a key leader on the Candid GTM & Operations leadership team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
  • 5+ years managing and scaling teams in Sales Operations.
  • Experience scaling GTM teams at least 3x.
  • Structured and analytical thinker with communication skills.
  • Ability to draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Strong project management skills in tight deadline environments.
  • Experience with GTM Systems and systems engineering teams.
  • Proficient in Excel, PPT, SFDC, and BI tools.
