In Short

  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding and continuous training program for the sales team.
  • Work with product and sales engineering to reflect updates in collateral.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks for streamlined processes.
  • Manage and optimize CRM tools for effective tracking and closing strategies.
  • Provide competitive analysis for effective market positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing for high-quality content to nurture leads.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and GTM strategy.
  • Develop and implement a product training program for customer-facing teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the GTM tech stack.
  • Experience deploying content management and learning management systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM enablement or sales operations.
  • Strong experience with sales and marketing tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Proven track record in developing training programs and sales playbooks.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and competitive dynamics in B2B or healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision making and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
