Overview

Candid Health is seeking a dynamic sales leader with enterprise healthcare tech experience to lead a team of experienced Enterprise AEs and help drive the growth of the business. This is a high impact, high visibility role that is key to the success of the business and will have direct alignment with our CEO and other members of the executive leadership team.

In Short

  • Build and lead a high-performing Solutions Consulting team.
  • Define and implement operating rhythms and best practices.
  • Own pre-sales responsibilities and lead demos.
  • Partner with Account Executives to communicate technical features.
  • Propose effective product solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Implementation teams.
  • Establish foundational processes for the Solutions Consulting function.
  • Track and report on team impact and customer value delivered.
  • Continuously improve solutioning frameworks and demo approaches.
  • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or related roles.
  • Experience in leadership or management roles.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Track record of partnering with Sales leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales enablement systems.
