Overview

Apollo.io is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Head of Solution Consulting to lead and scale our Solution Consulting (SC) function across pre- and post-sales functions. You’ll play a critical role in helping prospects understand Apollo’s value and in assisting customers to realize its value after the sale.

In Short

  • Drive SC support on AE and AM discoveries, help with demo tailoring, oversee trials, and manage sales handoffs.
  • Manage SC involvement on technical requests for CRM configurations and integrations.
  • Influence cross-functional solution designs and integration planning.
  • Own and evolve the solution consulting vision across the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage and grow a team of solution consultants across regions.
  • Collaborate on training programs to facilitate continuous learning.
  • Drive data-driven processes and value delivery frameworks.
  • Standardize processes across GTM teams.
  • Establish relationships with Product and Engineering for solution gaps.
  • Own SC-level metrics for deal acceleration and sales velocity.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in solution consulting or related SaaS roles.
  • 3+ years managing high-performing GTM or solution teams.
  • Experience in pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Fluency in CRMs, marketing automation, and data integrations.
  • Strong communication and executive presence.
  • Operational excellence in process improvement and documentation.
