As the Head of Revenue Operations at Lumos, you have a massive opportunity to shape how sales and the rest of our business optimizes revenue generating processes. This is a critical role for driving consistent and scalable growth.

In Short

  • Own the RevOps Tech Stack including tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Drive Data Integrity and Process Automation for improved sales efficiency.
  • Manage Territory, Routing, and Scoring Frameworks.
  • Oversee Forecasting and Revenue Operations Cadence.
  • Deliver Insights and Reporting through dashboards and data analysis.
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations.
  • Proven success in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with GTM tech stack tools is a plus.
  • Work in a remote culture with a focus on operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations role.
  • Proven success supporting Enterprise sales cycles and complex deals.
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Strong communication skills to translate data into insights.
