In Short

  • Lead the Revenue Operations team at AcuityMD.
  • Develop the roadmap for Revenue Operations and manage a high-performing team.
  • Measure team performance and conduct analysis across various departments.
  • Oversee operational aspects of the deal lifecycle.
  • Own the GTM tech stack and ensure optimal use of tools.
  • Lead planning efforts, including Quarterly Business Reviews and budgeting.
  • Calculate commissions and assist in managing compensation plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders.
  • Support a remote work environment with flexibility.
  • Contribute to a high-growth startup in the medical technology sector.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM strategy.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Deep understanding of GTM team operations.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or major CRMs.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management and prioritization skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
