Overview

As Head of Revenue Operations at Hubtype, you will own the infrastructure, processes, insights, and systems that fuel the sales engine, leading a cross-functional RevOps strategy to optimize sales performance.

In Short

  • Own and optimize the RevOps tech stack including Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Lead a GTM enablement team for automating outreach and streamlining prospecting.
  • Manage onboarding, playbooks, and process documentation for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Drive sales process performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure effective marketing and sales alignment for lead routing and qualification.
  • Translate data into strategic decisions regarding revenue metrics and campaign ROI.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance RevOps processes and improve sales outreach.
  • Partner with teams to implement and evolve AI workflows.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies to strengthen GTM strategies.
  • Focus on eliminating friction and optimizing the sales machine for predictable growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in RevOps or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience with AI tools and automation in sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on process optimization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
