Overview

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class software and services.

In Short

  • Manage and provide technical guidance for client website implementations.
  • Update sites based on changing requirements.
  • Test client sites for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client deliverables.
  • Support Evive personalization platform clients.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on system features.
  • Provide timely resolution of client issues.
  • Identify and drive process improvements.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Assist in sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client and/or analyst experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in benefits administration or HR technology is a plus.
