In Short

• Handle high-quality delivery of Avertium Managed Services.
• Work directly with Avertium’s Cyber Fusion Center.
• Oversee delivery of Avertium’s security services.
• Manage customer satisfaction to meet CSAT objectives.
• Provide strategic account support with technical insights.
• Manage resource forecasting and staffing to meet demand.
• Enhance operational maturity within account portfolios.
• Grow executive customer relationships for strategic accounts.
• Oversee financial execution of programs.
• Lead the development of organizational business operating plans.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Threat Detection and Exposure Management.
• Experience with XDR solutions like Microsoft Defender or SentinelOne.
• Superior influence and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze and implement corrective action plans.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to manage high-risk projects effectively.
• Experience managing professional services engagements in cybersecurity.
• BA/BS in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity.
• Advanced project management and analytical skills.
