• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Focus on compliance controls related to HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, ISO, and NIST.
• Conduct in-depth security compliance assessments.
• Evaluate design and implementation of security controls.
• Communicate risks to technical and non-technical personnel.
• Make recommendations on remediation/mitigation.
• Design multi-faceted solutions.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or 5+ years in cybersecurity/compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years performing security risk assessments.
• 5+ years of experience with NIST frameworks.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks like FedRAMP, HIPAA, PCI, ISO.
• Familiarity with CMMC, HITRUST, SOC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Productivity Tools.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
