Service Delivery Intern - Remote

Overview

As a Service Delivery Manager Intern, you will support the delivery of Avertium’s Managed Services to our customers, gaining hands-on experience in cybersecurity service delivery, customer success, and project coordination.

In Short

• Assist in organizing and tracking service delivery activities for customer accounts
• Support scheduling and coordination of internal teams
• Help monitor and report on key performance indicators
• Analyze operational data and assist with process improvement
• Maintain positive relationships with customers
• Participate in customer calls and meetings
• Assist in reviewing program budgets and forecasts
• Gain exposure to cyber security operations
• Develop foundational skills in project coordination
• Work alongside experienced professionals

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in cybersecurity and service delivery
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or tools
• Experience with data analysis or customer service
• Previous internship or project experience related to IT, business, or cybersecurity
