Overview

As a People Services Delivery Intern, you will play an essential role in our People team, supporting various operations and projects to enhance the overall employee experience.

In Short

• Immediate Full-Time Internship: 30-40 hours per week with potential for future conversion to full-time.
• Full-Time Summer Internship: 10-12 week summer internship for candidates entering their senior year.
• Support People Team operations including data management and onboarding.
• Enhance employee experience through various initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR managers and stakeholders.
• Streamline processes for operational efficiency.
• Use data-driven insights for People Operations strategies.
• Execute administrative aspects of HR processes.
• Maintain and update employee information accurately.
• Provide direct employee support through HR portals.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus.
• Prior HR internship experience preferred.
• Experience with the Qualtrics platform is helpful.
