Services Delivery Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Services Delivery Manager, you will be driving new service opportunities, working with both customers as well as internal stakeholders. You will interact hand-in-hand with senior stakeholders on opportunities to improve our service and delivery.

In Short

• Be a project management expert on all aspects of the Snowflake implementation and variety of project and services types.
• Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for Snowflake engagements.
• Own, manage and communicate the operational relationship with assigned clients.
• Manage key client projects by communicating effectively with project team members.
• Proactively provide input into the development of Practices' policies, procedures and standards.
• Integrate industry knowledge into practical configuration tactics.
• Work with Professional Services Practice Teams and Sales Account Teams.
• Provide guidance and a vision on how to resolve customer-specific project challenges.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Determine areas for process improvements within both the client and Snowflake.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role.
• Track record of delivering on PS revenue targets.
• Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud field.
• Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups.
• Strong presentation skills and an ability to articulate to a business and technical audience.
• Bonus Points: Experience in a client support and advisory technical role.
