Overview

As a Services Delivery Manager, you will engage at the account level to provide visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders to improve service and delivery.

• Expertise in service delivery processes and metrics.
• Experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Cloud.
• Ability to communicate across multiple groups.
• Bonus: Experience in a client support or advisory role.
