The Senior People Services Delivery Manager at Turnitin will lead the Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to effectively address employee queries and manage the company's People processes, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in HR and employment law
• 5+ years in HR compliance and internal audit
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts
• Understanding of HR systems from a compliance perspective
