Sr People Services Delivery Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Senior People Service Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring that our Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams know to effectively address employee queries, guide them, and resolve issues. You will also manage the company's People processes, providing expertise in operational effectiveness and compliance, and work towards achieving our company and department goals.

In Short

• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 roles.
• Manage the JIRA ticketing system and monitor team workloads.
• Draft and implement procedures to enhance compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to identify compliance issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
• Provide training on compliance matters to employees.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records related to compliance activities.
• Manage up to 4 Tier 1 & Tier 2 Specialists.
• Collaborate with legal teams on policy updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in human resources and employment law.
• 5+ years in HR compliance and internal audit.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of HR systems from a compliance perspective.
