People Services Delivery Intern - Remote

Overview

This role is for a People Services Delivery Intern at Qualtrics, where you will support various People Team operations and projects to enhance the overall employee experience.

In Short

• Immediate Full-Time Internship: 30-40 hours per week with potential for full-time conversion.
• Full-Time Summer Internship: 10-12 week internship for candidates entering their senior year.
• Support People Team operations including data management and onboarding.
• Partner with HR managers to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Streamline processes for operational efficiency.
• Use data-driven insights for People Operations strategies.
• Execute HR processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Design listening programs and analyze employee feedback.
• Provide direct employee support through HR portals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Self-starter with proactive project objectives.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus.
• Prior HR internship experience preferred.
• Experience with Qualtrics platform helpful but not required.
