Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Experience with customer support platforms like Intercom or Zendesk.
  • Knowledgeable in KPIs and SLAs in customer support.
  • Skilled in time management and project management tools.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent at organizing and multitasking.
  • Responsible and loves working with people and new technologies.
