In Short

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 levels).
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Experienced with customer support platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in KPIs and SLAs.
  • Team player with cross-departmental project experience.
  • Skilled in time management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and able to multitask effectively.
