In Short

  • Lead the Managed Services delivery function.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as the primary escalation point for service issues.
  • Lead and mentor the Managed Services Support team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor service delivery KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Management processes.
  • Track account profitability.
  • Contribute to hiring and onboarding of technical team members.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Service Delivery Management.
  • Strong background with Managed Services Providers or Cloud Services Providers.
  • Experience in managing SLAs and client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with ConnectWise PSA (preferred).
  • Broad technical knowledge across IT infrastructure and cloud services.
