Overview

The Senior Lead - Channel Sales at BrowserStack will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through effective collaboration with Global System Integrators (GSI) and other partners.

In Short

  • Act as the strategic interface between BrowserStack and key GSI partners.
  • Oversee and manage technology partnerships to align with business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with partner managers to increase visibility and trust.
  • Guide internal teams on partner capabilities and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance and up-to-date contracts with partners.
  • Develop strategies to enhance partner relationships and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Drive quarterly revenue targets through partner-led initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of partner strategies.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts to scale partnerships.
  • Foster a remote-first work environment for team productivity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technology sales, particularly with GSI partnerships.
  • Strong solution sales mindset with exposure to DevOps and digital technologies.
  • Proven track record in managing partner relationships and driving revenue.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships.
  • Experience in developing enablement programs for partners.
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with application and infrastructure solutions is desirable.
