Overview

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving Brooks product sales and growth within designated key accounts in the military sector, focusing on footwear, apparel, and accessories.

In Short

  • Manage inventory levels and sell-through percentages.
  • Collaborate with sales management to meet strategic goals.
  • Develop monthly business reviews for account health feedback.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Represent the company at military industry events.
  • Lead seasonal product presentations and initiatives.
  • Travel to military bases and trade shows frequently.
  • Experience in military sales is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales required.
  • Residency in the Mid-Atlantic region required.
  • Experience with footwear and apparel sales preferred.
  • Prior military sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Data Cube, Dynamics CRM, and Tableau.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more.
  • Keen attention to detail in planning and execution.
  • Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
