Overview

As a Sales Representative for Brooks in West-Austria, you will drive sales revenue and manage all aspects of product sales within your territory, focusing on footwear, apparel, and accessories.

In Short

  • Drive sales revenue and margins for footwear, apparel, and accessories.
  • Manage all aspects of sales including sell-in and sell-through.
  • Define sales goals and marketing strategies for your territory.
  • Meet yearly revenue plans for assigned territory.
  • Execute sales programs via grassroots events and promotions.
  • Maintain regular client meetings and provide a weekly roadbook plan.
  • Provide analysis and feedback on competitor products and marketplace activities.
  • Work closely with technical representatives to align on revenue and marketing plans.
  • Travel required for tradeshows and sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, or Marketing preferred.
  • 3+ years of footwear and apparel sales experience.
  • Specialty retail experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and business English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
  • Attention to detail in planning and execution.
  • Innovation and initiative in improving products and processes.
  • 70% travel required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide feedback.
