Overview

The Sales Representative for Norway is responsible for driving product sales revenue and margin, managing all aspects of sales including sell-in and sell-through, and defining sales goals and marketing strategies for the territory.

In Short

  • Meet yearly revenue plans for footwear, apparel, and accessories.
  • Identify market potential and increase accounts.
  • Manage booking orders through proprietary tools.
  • Provide expert feedback on competitors and marketplace activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement plans for revenue growth.
  • Support retailers and ensure alignment on plans.
  • Lead field support efforts for product launches and grassroots programs.
  • Educate and motivate retailers and consumers about Brooks products.
  • Represent Brooks at running events and expos.
  • Maintain company vehicle and equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years’ footwear and apparel sales experience.
  • Specialty retail experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
  • Keen attention to detail in planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of performance athletic footwear/apparel.
  • Understanding of biomechanics and injury prevention.
  • 70% travel required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
