Overview

The Temporary Runner Experience Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to runners through various communication channels, ensuring a positive experience and resolving inquiries effectively.

In Short

  • Provide world-class customer service via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Work full-time from April 6 to August 28, 2026.
  • Attend virtual training for the first week.
  • Support all areas of the business with expert product knowledge.
  • Handle order administration and customer inquiries.
  • Gather data for continuous improvement in customer experience.
  • Work flexible hours between 6am-5pm PDT, Sunday-Friday.
  • Communicate positively and effectively with customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist customers.

Requirements

  • Available to work 40 hours a week during the specified period.
  • Associates degree or 1+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage adverse situations positively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn various business systems.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Demonstrate innovation and initiative in improving processes.
