Overview

As a Temporary Runner Experience Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service to runners, ensuring a delightful experience through various communication channels.

In Short

  • Temporary full-time position from August 18, 2025, to January 16, 2026.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, social media, and chats.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support for various business areas.
  • Evaluate product issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Gather data on customer experience for continuous improvement.
  • Work hours: 40 hours per week, flexible between 6am-5pm PDT.
  • Participate in virtual training during the first week.
  • Manage time effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist customers.
  • Embrace and embody the Brooks brand values.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or 1+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Social Media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations positively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with customers.
  • Demonstration of innovation and initiative in work.
